Join Us in Shaping the Future of Private Markets
Private markets are experiencing significant growth-and MSCI is uniquely positioned to bring clarity, comparability, and connectivity to this evolving asset class. We act as an independent solutions provider of research-quality data, analytics, and insights, helping Limited Partners ("LPs") and other industry participants navigate the complexity of private markets and make more informed investment decisions across their total portfolios. You'll join a fast-growing, high-visibility team that drives global go-to-market strategy, audience engagement, and product positioning for one of MSCI's most dynamic businesses: Private Assets.
About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing, commercially minded Senior Associate to lead and execute marketing programs, with a primary focus on EMEA-based institutional investors as well as total portfolio solutions.
This is a strategic, cross-functional role where you'll take ownership of campaigns from end to end-crafting compelling narratives, identifying key audiences, launching initiatives across multiple channels, and measuring their impact. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Research, and global marketing colleagues to elevate MSCI's presence with EMEA's most sophisticated investors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting LPs and asset owners across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real assets
- Shape messaging, positioning and value propositions for LP-focused solutions
- Lead creation and localization of compelling content-including thought leadership, sales enablement, digital assets, and event materials
- Strategize and deliver regional programs across digital, social, email, and in-person channels, aligned to commercial goals
- Collaborate across global product, research, and sales teams to align messaging and identify high-impact marketing opportunities
- Track performance and deliver insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and demonstrate ROI
- Stay ahead of competitive dynamics and market needs to continuously evolve audience engagement
Your skills and experience that will help you excel:
- 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience in asset management, private markets, fintech, or financial services
- Deep interest and expertise in private markets and institutional investment trends
- Strong campaign management skills, with experience leading multi-channel programs from concept to execution
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills, with a knack for distilling complex topics into clear, impactful messaging
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive-comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment
- Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning marketing with commercial outcomes
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Airtable, and Highspot is a plus
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution and attention to detail
- Analytical approach to decision-making, with the ability to use data to optimize and communicate impact
