Your Team Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality workplace experience across the London office.
  • Maintain front-of-house, client and visitor hospitality standards.
  • Support executive, Board and leadership requirements.
  • Coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities.
  • Partner across Facilities, Workplace Technology, Physical Security and Client Events.
  • Manage suppliers and workplace service providers.
  • Maintain office presentation, operational continuity and service standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the front-of-house experience for clients, visitors and executives.
  • Lead internal events end-to-end, including Board meetings, town halls, leadership events and employee events.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, catering, AV and external suppliers.
  • Act as a central coordination point across Executive Assistants, Workplace Technology, Facilities, Security and Client Events.
  • Maintain premium hospitality and workplace presentation standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve workplace and service issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement across hospitality, events and workplace experience.
  • Provide onsite operational support and service continuity during peak demand and team absences.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel:

  • Strong experience in workplace experience, corporate hospitality or event management within a premium corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-profile events, executive meetings and Board-level engagements.
  • Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets and suppliers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly when working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong supplier/vendor management and commercial awareness, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a polished, professional approach.
  • High levels of discretion, attention to detail, adaptability and sound judgement.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace technologies; experience with Appspace, ServiceNow or event-management platforms is advantageous.
