The Project Manager works in a fast-paced environment, engaging with a variety of investment and technology professionals inside and outside the firm. They will work within the Total Plan Onboarding team to facilitate onboarding client investment data onto our platform, which is tasked with setting our clients up for success. The Project Manager will oversee keeping projects on task and communicating all relevant information both externally to our clients as well as to the internal teams responsible for the projects. Responsibilities Manage onboarding and integration projects. Develop and maintain project plans. Provide a detailed overview of projects for both clients and management, including project retrospectives to identify efficiency and transformation opportunities. In collaboration with management and stakeholders, define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the initial and ongoing relationships with our clients. This function will draw heavily from knowledge of our product(s) and the use cases that the product solves for. Set and clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion. Plan execution strategy and schedule project meetings with key stakeholders, both internal and client, for continuous transparency. Determine the content for status updates as well as frequency. Identify risk and mitigation paths. Memorialize projects for ongoing relationships with clients and for Client Support teams. Perform any other functions, including administrative activities, as required by management. Qualifications Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, applied within a Financial Institution for a minimum of 5 years Knowledge of financial instruments and finance in general is mandatory, with a minimum of 5 years’ engagement within the financial industry Knowledge of Single-Family-Offices, Hedge Funds, OCIO and Endowments business strategies it is not intended for other inquiries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
