As a Talent Sourcer, you will be the engine behind our recruitment capability, using intelligent sourcing tools, market intelligence, and AI‑augmented technology to identify, attract, and engage the talent we need to power MSCI.

Working closely with our Recruitment Partners, you will own the top of the funnel, bringing creativity, curiosity, and analytical thinking to how we reach and nurture candidates across EMEA.

  • Source and attract high‑quality talent across EMEA by leveraging AI‑augmented sourcing tools, social platforms, job boards, and direct outreach strategies to build robust candidate pipelines.
  • Nurture and manage candidate pipelines with a long‑term view, maintaining regular, meaningful engagement that keeps prospective talent connected and excited about MSCI as an employer of choice.
  • Apply market intelligence and talent mapping to sharpen sourcing strategies, ensuring outreach targeting and messaging are informed by real‑time insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring trends.
  • Develop and iterate AI‑powered tools and workflows that enhance the reach and effectiveness of candidate outreach, continuously improving how the team engages with passive talent at scale.
  • Partner closely with Recruitment Partners to understand hiring priorities and role requirements, translating business needs into targeted sourcing campaigns that deliver quality and speed.
  • Screen and assess candidates at the top of the funnel, providing Recruitment Partners with a well‑qualified shortlist and a clear summary of each candidate’s profile and potential.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates, using data to refine approaches and share insights with the wider team.
  • Early career experience or demonstrated interest in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a research‑intensive role, with a genuine passion for finding and engaging people.
  • Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools, social platforms such as Linked In, including the ability to engage passive candidates through personalized and compelling outreach.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for embracing AI and emerging recruitment technology, with an appetite for building, testing, and improving tools that make sourcing smarter and more efficient.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and targeted messaging that resonates with different candidate audiences.
  • An analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to use sourcing metrics and market intelligence to guide decisions and refine strategies.
