As a Recruitment Partner based in Sofia, you will drive end-to-end regional recruiting across Bulgaria and EMEA, building the talent pipelines that directly enable MSCI's ambitious strategic and growth goals. Responsibilities
- Lead full end-to-end recruitment across Bulgaria and additional locations in EMEA, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes at pace by sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding talent in line with MSCI's global practices.
- Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines across sales, research, technology and operations functions, ensuring MSCI has access to the right candidates ahead of business need.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand current and future talent requirements, translating local and regional market insight into targeted and effective recruitment strategies.
- Embed and continuously improve MSCI's AI-enabled, data-driven recruitment process and technology stack, creating a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
- Manage and develop productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, acting as a credible and commercially minded talent advisor.
- Drive thought leadership by bringing external market intelligence, benchmarking, and innovation into recruitment practices, continuously raising the bar for how MSCI identifies and attracts talent.
- Champion MSCI's purpose, values, and inclusive performance and growth culture throughout every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a consistent and compelling candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in 360-degree recruiting roles within financial services or corporate organisations, with a proven ability to deliver across multiple markets and functions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with a track record of building trusted partnerships at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
- Proficiency with sourcing technology, job boards, and social media platforms, including the ability to engage and attract passive talent directly.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, using recruitment metrics and insights to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.
- A self-starting, proactive attitude with the ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
