Overview

The Marketing organization at MSCI is a dynamic and fast-growing global function responsible for marketing and communicating our solutions and services to investors worldwide to help them build better portfolios. Within this organization, the Sustainability & Climate Marketing team develops and executes strategies and campaigns that support MSCI’s growth objectives and market leadership in sustainability and climate across regions. As a leading provider of sustainability and climate indexes, ratings, data, and analytical tools, MSCI continues to expand its global footprint with institutional investors, asset and wealth managers, banks, hedge funds, pension funds, advisors, and corporations. The team works in close partnership with product, research, sales, PR, design, digital, and events teams to deliver integrated marketing programs that strengthen MSCI’s presence, visibility, and client engagement across EMEA and globally.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Sustainability & Climate Marketing across EMEA, ensuring regional activities align with global priorities and contribute to broader growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to activate solutions marketing campaigns across EMEA, supporting delivery from planning through execution, with a clear focus on audience segmentation and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to help translate sustainability and climate insights into clear, client-focused value propositions and messaging.
  • Develop and localize compelling, benefits-driven content and narratives, and work with Digital Marketing and channel specialists to bring campaigns to market across digital channels, events, media, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Support the management of relationships with regional industry associations, partners, and suppliers to enhance MSCI’s visibility and engagement across EMEA.
  • Coordinate and manage EMEA marketing budgets and event activity, supporting tracking of spend, campaign performance, and return on investment.
  • Stay informed on sustainability, climate, policy, and regulatory developments relevant to EMEA markets, helping adapt marketing activities to evolving client needs and opportunities.

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel

  • At least 6 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within financial services or professional services.
  • Strong expertise in product marketing, messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to translate complex sustainability and climate insights into clear, client-ready narratives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functions, geographies, and senior stakeholder groups.
  • Deep interest and understanding of sustainability, climate, and corporate responsibility in the investment context.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and associate engagement, with sensitivity to global and cultural differences.
