Position Overview: This is a business leadership role that involves working extensively with clients as well as colleagues internally (Top Management, Coverage, Research and Technology groups). Travel and speaking engagements may be part of this role. Successful candidates have the opportunity to drive the strategic business agenda as well as the execution of business plans across functions, and to develop detailed insights into the businesses of a wide range of market participants. The right candidate will have the right mix between commercial and technical skills necessary to gain credibility and to influence the marketplace to adopt MSCI’s solutions.
Scope of Responsibility:
- Drive the growth of MSCI’s Analytics product line across the Americas, with a strategic focus on expanding front-office use cases among hedge funds and broker-dealers.
- Define a clear GTM strategy, contribute to product vision: work closely with Product Owners & Client Coverage to deliver a cohesive approach to expanding and enhancing the product line in the region.
- Strategy execution: collaborate extensively with other Product teams and with MSCI’s functional teams such as Client Coverage, Research, Technology, Data Services and Marketing to ensure that the product offering is developed and executed successfully in the region.
- Align closely with Client Coverage in the region to work on client deals and opportunities, provide and review pricing and review agreement terms.

- Deep knowledge of investment and risk management process operations.
- Experience in business management, i.e., building businesses through identifying market opportunities, developing and testing new products and taking them to market.
