The US Asset Owner Pensions Analytics/Private Assets Sales Team is responsible for achieving sales growth targets for the region through new sales to both existing clients and new prospects. The team handles commercial discussions and negotiations with all clients in the territory, including some of the largest public and private pension plans in the country. The team has primary responsibility for MSCI's best-in-class risk, performance and portfolio construction tools and content across public and private assets. The team also works with counterparts on other MSCI sales teams to cross-sell other MSCI products including Sustainability and Climate, index, and real asset solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales growth targets for MSCI analytics product line
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with assigned book of existing clients including annual renewals and upsales of new products
- Prospect the territory to identify new potential clients of MSCI analytics tools
- Build strong relationships with existing book of clients, understanding business model and strategic goals to ensure fit with MSCI tools
Qualifications
- Strong experience in the finance industry (4-5 years), preferably involving quantitative analytics
- Understanding/experience with financial math/quantitative modeling, ideally factor models, risk and performance attribution analytics
- CPA Charterholder/Master in Financial Mathematics preferred
- Ability/comfort with advanced quantitative analytics
