Customer Service Coordinator – Documentation

Full time, permanent, Glasgow Office

We are looking for someone to join our Export Customer Service Team based in our Glasgow office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of documentation are handled efficiently, accurately and effectively within the set KPI’s, utilising your Customer Service skills to support both internal and external customers and answer any queries quickly and efficiently.

  • Be aware of both client and MSC UK priorities and requirements.
  • Resolve customer queries within set deadlines.
  • Develop relationships with customers to better understand their requirements to evolve and enhance their service level and customer experience.

  • Administer clerical tasks and procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive climate through a positive attitude to work and support for colleagues and other team members.
