We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Import Commercial team on our East West Med Team looking after the East/West Mediterranean and Canary Islands Import Trades in Ipswich. The successful candidate will work to maintain and develop business, utilizing all communication channels. Relationship building is an essential part of this role, both internally with other departments, agency offices abroad, MSC Geneva and new / existing customers.

How you will help us and what you can expect:
- Active desire to assist in the winning of new business and meet targets, exploring all opportunities to increase volume by developing closer customer relationships where required by Sales and Trade.
- Develop new and existing business from pricing enquiries, securing new bookings with a target driven approach.
- Actively follow up quotations using all communication channels until bookings are achieved.
