We are looking for an Import Filing Team Specialist to ensure all import filings are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting internal teams and customer experience.
How you will help us and what you can expect:
- Maintain the import tariff in line with the latest rates.
- Improve the rate filing process within the MSC UK Agency.
- Assist with the filing of all import customer agreements.
- Cross check data and highlight errors proactively.
- Work collaboratively with own and surrounding teams/agencies working in an agile manner to ensure peak workloads are covered as required.
- Proactive approach to query resolution ensuring Import filings are amended, updated and always documented for robust audit purposes.
- Effectively analyse reasons for queries and raise them with the supervisor and/or the appropriate department where necessary.
- Regular interaction with customers to build and maintain relationships while also proactively addressing issues that may cause disputes.
- Always be a team player, maintaining a positive attitude within the team and business colleagues.
- Maintain the highest level of feedback on a regular basis to the relevant Supervisor/Manager as well as key stakeholders within Trade, Query, Invoicing and Sales.
