Job Description
- Trade Administration Coordinator
- Full time, permanent
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial team as a Trade Administration Co-ordinator.
You will be responsible for accurately managing contracts, spot quotes and tariffs, ensuring customer bookings are rated and validated correctly while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- How you will help us and what you can expect
- Ensuring all rates are filed in TMS as required.
- Determine, monitor and review that the system is capturing the correct rates, when rating the booking.
- Building relationships with Trade / bookings / documentation, accounts and SSC Brazil, to ensure we capture all the correct charges and any outstanding matters are resolved immediately.
- Ensure we follow up with the Trade for Geneva rate approvals. Highlighting areas of concerns to the supervisor.
- Liaising with Brazil SSC throughout each day to ensure all queries resolved and daily tasks completed.
- Investigating and resolving all MFTC errors.
- Resolving QMS queries.
- Completion of any relevant reports, checks and queries as required.
- Assist other colleagues/teams as and when required
Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent communication and team work.
- Compliance with MSC's email etiquette and telephone policy.
- Attention to detail to minimise errors and loss to MSC.
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
