Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels. This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, customer acquisition, and retention while aligning with our business objectives.

What will you be doing?

Digital Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and E-commerce to create and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Identify target audiences, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop strategies to achieve those goals

Paid Search (SEM) Management

  • Plan, execute, and analyse paid search programs primarily through Google and Bing to grow brand awareness and drive sustainable profits
  • Optimise and continually improve SEM programs to generate awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty
  • Manage large, complex, and high-budget paid search campaigns, utilising advanced tools such as Bing Ads, and Google Ads

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Lead SEO efforts to boost website visibility and improve search rankings through keyword research, content optimisation, and performance tracking
  • Stay updated on industry trends and search engine changes to enhance SEO strategies

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers and nurture leads
  • Segment audiences and personalise content to improve campaign effectiveness while tracking performance for data-driven improvements

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels using tools like GA4
  • Prepare regular performance reports, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimise marketing strategies

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Category Management, and external partners to ensure alignment on customer needs and marketing initiatives
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on digital marketing capabilities and drive alignment to shared goals

Leadership

  • Inspire and motivate the marketing team to achieve their best work
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the department and throughout the company

What do you need?

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Strong experience in managing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools; knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus
