About the role
We’re hiring a BI Developer to build high-quality reporting solutions in Power BI and support the business with clear, accurate insights. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, and e-Commerce, shaping dashboards and handling ad-hoc data requests to help teams make confident, data-driven decisions. You’ll sit in the Business Reporting team within our Business Transformation function, collaborating on semantic models and shared metrics.
What you’ll do
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards (data models, DAX measures, visuals, RLS) aligned to business requirements.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our brand-new Data Platform with Microsoft Fabric.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests, delivering timely, accurate outputs with clear commentary.
- Validate data, document assumptions, and improve data quality in our reporting estate.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate questions into well-defined reporting solutions.
What you’ll need
- Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience developing reports in Power BI.
- Strong Excel skills for quick analysis and data manipulation.
- Clear communication; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Background in wholesale/distribution.
- Exposure to ERP systems, Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
- Power BI certification (PL-300).
- MS Fabric certification (DP-600 or DP-700).
- Familiarity with Legacy Microsoft BI technologies SSRS and SSIS.
