Where passion meets opportunity. The Trade Support Executive is part of a vital department within the Sales Team Function. It’s a crucial admin role supporting Trade Partners from behind the scenes and elevating the sales function by supporting the Sales Managers that are out on the road. This role works closely with other departments within the business including Product and Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Finance – bridging the gap between travel agent partners and MSC Cruises.
Your Impact:
- Creates Trade Partner Toolkits for Brand Campaigns and New Promotions
- Creates window and social media offer cards
- Takes ownership of the National Trade Social Media platforms
- Supports the organisation of the Trade Ship Visit Programme
- Liaises with Trade Support Manager to resolve issues escalated to the Trade Support Team
Your Journey so far:
- Minimum of 1 years experience working in travel or good understanding of the travel industry
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
