MSC Cruises is seeking an IT Support Specialist to administer Microsoft 365 and support core infrastructure, provisioning new users, managing access, and resolving end-user issues.

You will be the primary contact for service users and customers requiring technical support.

You will monitor IT systems, assist with Intune device and app management, set up workstations for new starters, and help with conferencing and printing devices.
