Your Purpose

Based in the London office, this role is responsible for managing and supervising the day‑to‑day operations of the department, ensuring activities are efficient and aligned with the organization’s goals.

Key operational areas include audio and DSP, digital video, broadcast, stage machinery, automation, rigging, theatre lighting, and house lighting.

The role also involves providing input on new projects and closely monitoring all dry‑dock processes to ensure continuity across operations.

Additionally, it requires maintaining regular daily catch‑ups with traveling personnel to stay updated on ongoing activities and support.
