Our Family Team are looking for an experienced (4PQE+) Family Solicitor within our Chester Family Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-rated and growing team. There are two possible roles available:
- Divorce and Separation specialist
- Care specialist, ideally on Children Panel or desire to do so
As we grow our team, we have flexibility in how our growth is achieved, so whether you have a niche practice or have mastered a wider spectrum of family law, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:
- To advise the firm's clients on relevant family matters
- To manage all client work allocated by the firm in accordance with the detailed procedure and quality standards of the practice
- Ensure that all client work is progressed in a timely and professional manner and the client is kept informed on a regular basis as to progress and costs
- At all times a high degree of standards is to be exercised in client care
- To achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording
- To supervise and support other team members as agreed and to assist in their development
- Adaptable to new procedures
- Work as part of a team with a flexible approach to workload.
About You:
- At least 4 years Post Qualification Experience.
- Excellent organisational, work management and prioritising skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to speak to clients at all levels.
- Working as part of a team with a flexible approach to workload.
