The role
You will travel to meet our customers at least 3 days a week. In collaboration with a wider support team, you will strengthen customer engagement, identify and qualify leads, up-sales opportunities and close deals that exceed targets. Our customers are Law Enforcement, Defence Forces, Government Agencies and Forensic Laboratories.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Renewal awareness (CS assisted)
- Pipeline development + closing
- Partner coordination if applicable
- CRM Pipeline updated Weekly
To succeed in this position, you should ideally have a law enforcement background and experience in software sales. Your prominent traits are your ability to communicate and get people to talk. You are comfortable speaking in front of an audience, work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. You have strong problem solving skills, are analytical and business orientated.
