Responsibilities
- Service Offerings Commercialization: Define, design, and maintain a catalog of service offerings (training, labor, parts, connected solutions). Collaborate with Service Director, Regional Service Managers, Global Product Leaders and Regional Marketing teams to ensure consistent roll‑out and competitive positioning. Develop comprehensive Spare Parts and Paid Training strategies. Build new service product offerings (e.g. Rentals) and innovative business models to address emerging customer needs (e.g. Performance‑based contracts).
- Business case development & profitability analysis: Create business cases for new service offerings, including market opportunity assessment and ROI analysis. Calculate profitability and margin impact for existing and proposed services. Partner with Finance and Pricing teams to ensure offerings/monetization models meet financial targets and align with strategic objectives.
- Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation: Create and execute marketing strategies for service products, including messaging, campaigns, and collateral. Develop demand creation programs and promotional activities to support revenue growth with installed base customers and new customers. Drive content development (case studies, testimonials, campaigns) to support adoption and awareness. Drive lead generation and monitor campaign effectiveness. Develop and manage marketing programs for Service Authorized Partners. Support channel partner development through targeted activities and events.
- Market Analysis & Positioning: Work with Pricing teams to implement competitive pricing strategies aligned with profitability goals. Map Customer Journeys to drive Customer‑Centric Services and Solutions strategies. Conduct market research, VOC/VOD activities, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Ensure that value propositions are clearly communicated and understood across stakeholders. Develop playbooks and training materials for Sales, Service, and Channel Partners. Support major quotations and bids where service offerings are included.
- Digital Marketing & Brand Building: Expand brand recognition of service products through digital channels and social media. Collaborate with MarCom/Web teams for online campaigns and content strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing or Sales (B2B), ideally in After Sales/Service.
- Experience with SaaS/HaaS or managed services, and Solutions Marketing.
- Financial Analysis & Pricing Models.
- Experience in Service design & productization.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and internationally.
- Strong influencing skills; ability to drive change.
- Proven ability to exhibit strategic thinking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven ability to execute and exhibit a result‑focused mindset.
- Expertise in forward thinking, market research/intelligence, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to listen attentively and capture key VOC information.
Preferred Skills: Master’s degree and additional European language (German/French); Digital marketing experience, Salesforce CRM knowledge; familiarity with safety industry products and customers (FGFD, First Responder, Industrial PPE).
