Responsibilities:
- Support plant managers in all areas of plant analysis and performance improvement.
- Manage plants month/year end close process, ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Control booking of plant operations in ERP system and propose adjustments if needed.
- Perform cost analysis, understand root causes of variances and actively support plant Management Teams to eliminate the unfavorable deviations from the Plan.
- Provide costing of products and participate in SKUs optimization projects or cost reduction projects.
- Actively participate in the financial audit process and own the OPEX related part.
- Participate in the accounting and tax policy developments.
- Review and analyze main OPEX financial KPIs and factory cost performance on a monthly basis and present it to the EMEA management team.
- Represent internal financial policies and procedures, ensure internal controls are followed incl. SOX.
- Provide accurate and timely information and reporting of financial information to meet internal and external requirements.
- Complete the annual budget requirements for the plants (Conversion cost, Production and material variances phasing, OCOS) and prepare quarterly forecast.
- Participate and support SAP implementation project in Bristol Uniforms.
- And any other duties in line with the job role.
Qualifications:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA with a number of years’ experience in a similar controlling role.
- ERP system experience mandatory for FICO and MM good to have, SAP experience will be additional advantage.
- Practical Experience in a multinational accounts department.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving working environment.
- Ability to work autonomously within the remit set out by the OPEX Controller, International.
- High quality of output and attention to detail.
- Experience of a manufacturing environment.
