Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders including in‑house and SV2 orders
  • Schedule technical jobs for technicians
  • Coordinate client service training and online customer training
  • Manage in‑process and stock levels
  • Handle first‑line customer queries, including technical inquiries
  • Support CQN investigation
  • Book in‑house repairs
  • Coordinate fully managed contracts
  • Engage customers face‑to‑face when required
  • Upsell and understand customer safety needs and product requirements
  • Carry out other relevant duties as agreed with management to assist in the efficient running of the business and contribute to profit objectives
