Responsibilities
What you will do – the role:
- Ensuring the highest levels of site safety and customer service are adhered to all times whilst carrying out site-based installations as well as testing and maintenance of site-based height safety equipment in accordance with manufacturers requirements and drawings provided.
- Ensuring that detailed legible paperwork is provided upon the completion of a new installations, to allow the full manuals to be produced for the Client (produced by others). When carrying our inspections, the paperwork needs to detail the findings of the inspection to allow either the client certificates to be produced (By Others) or remedial Quotation can be provided for any failures (By Others). This paperwork can be provided by either hard copy paperwork, laptop or tablet (Provided by HCL)
- IIdentifying any additional requirements for fall protection equipment or training at sites where activities are undertaken.
- Other duties as required by the Team Leader or senior management to assist in the efficient running of the business and contribute to the company’s profit objectives.
Qualifications
What you need:
- Clean driver’s License
- Ability to clear DBS/CRB/Scottish Disclosure
- Comfortable working at height
- Previous experience of a mobile, site-based role would be preferred
- Good level of understanding of English and Maths (for basic admin tasks)
- IPAF training (Not essential as can be attained during employment)
- PASMA training (Not essential as can be attained during employment)
