Responsibilities
- Brand Building: Strengthening brand identity and loyalty by maintaining a consistent voice, tone, image, and message across all outbound marketing channels. Creates a strong, recognisable, and trusted brand for the audience.
- Demand Generation: Creating strategies that drive awareness and interest in products and services, ultimately generating demand. This includes developing and executing campaigns that attract and nurture potential customers through the buyer’s journey, using a mix of content and marketing tactics to convert interest into leads.
- Coordination of Marketing Efforts: Aligning different marketing activities (advertising, promotions, events, etc.) so that they support and reinforce each other.
- Customer-Centric Messaging: Aim to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, tailoring communications to meet the needs, preferences, and behaviours of the target customer.
- Optimisation of Marketing Budget: Allocating resources efficiently across different communication channels and platforms to ensure the most effective use of the marketing budget.
- Maximising Engagement: Ensuring all forms of communication work together to cultivate strong relationships with the audience, foster greater engagement, and drive more meaningful interactions with the brand.
- Monitoring and Feedback: Work with Marketing Ops to analyse data to continuously measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies based on internal and external customer feedback, and use these to improve future communication efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience (required): 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, marketing campaign development and execution experience, working knowledge of developing content for digital and traditional marketing channels, working knowledge of social media platforms, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience (preferred): Experience working with external marketing agencies, experience in B2B marketing, experience with creative design/briefing creative projects.
- Education (required): Undergraduate BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience - this an overall understanding of marketing theories and the practical application of that knowledge to obtain measurable results.
- Education (preferred): Postgraduate studies/qualifications in Marketing.
