Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of underwriting initiatives and product-to-market campaigns
- Lead planning and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
- Act as the underwriting domain lead, owning workflows, rules, guidelines, and referral logic
- Ensure underwriting intent is accurately translated into operational execution
- Partner with underwriting leadership, actuarial, risk, and technology teams
- Provide clear status reporting and manage delivery partners as needed
- Drive process improvement, change adoption, and post-implementation outcomes
- 7+ years in the insurance industry with direct underwriting experience
