Join MS3
We are on an exciting journey at MS3, and we’re looking for a talented Software Developer to help shape the platforms that power our fibre network, our partners, and our customers.
If you’re an experienced .NET developer who enjoys owning solutions end‑to‑end, solving interesting problems, and working in a small, friendly, high-impact team… you’ll fit right in.
The Role
As our new Software Developer, you’ll play a key part in designing, building, and enhancing the tools and platforms that keep our network, partners, and operations running smoothly. You’ll work end-to-end, from requirement gathering and architecture to writing clean, secure code and supporting live systems.
You’ll get to collaborate closely with our Technical Director, take real ownership of your work, and influence the evolution of our internal and customer-facing digital ecosystem.
This role suits an experienced .NET developer (with some Python experience) looking for a varied, meaningful opportunity and a supportive, people-first team.
About you
- Strong experience with .NET, C#, and RESTful APIs
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server and Azure
- Working experience with Python
- Exposure to JavaScript and MVC/web frameworks
- A proactive approach, good communication, and a passion for building great tech
Desirable extras: CI/CD, Docker, cloud‑native patterns, or any ISP/telecoms experience.
Why you’ll love working here
You’ll join a team of genuinely brilliant people who care deeply about what they do, put customers first, and support each other. We’re growing, but we’re grounded, friendly, and (fair to say) pretty mega.
MS3 are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
