As a Store Manager, you'll own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast‑changing retail environment. You'll lead from the front, deliver against the retail plan, and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in. What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance to deliver against the P&L.

  • Own the change agenda landing transformation initiatives with clarity, urgency and pace.
  • Build a high‑performance culture by coaching managers, growing talent, and creating a store people want to join and stay in.
