Whether it is launching a 360-degree TV campaign to drive fame and shift brand perceptions, a one-off activation that drives talkability and relevance with new audiences or helping to shape the marketing plans of our overall brand and family of sub-brands to drive market growth; as a Brand Marketing Manager in the M&S Clothing & Home Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in positively shaping the perceptions of our 130 year old brand M&S for today and the future.

- A strategic brand thinker with experience shaping and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that genuinely resonate with target audiences.
- Skilled at turning insights into action - confident working with data, research, and competitor analysis to inform clear positioning, messaging, and activation plans.
- A holistic campaign leader who can steer integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency of voice and brand identity everywhere it shows up.
- A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across product, sales, retail operations, creative teams, and international markets to keep work aligned and impactful.
- Adept at managing creative partners - in-house, agency, or hybrid - to produce compelling assets and customer journeys that elevate the brand.
- Comfortable using performance metrics, PIRs, and reporting to evaluate effectiveness, share insights with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in brand marketing across retail, fashion, or consumer goods, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong strategic communicator, able to articulate creative concepts, influence stakeholders, and galvanise cross-functional teams around shared goals.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, providing clear guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to drive high performance.
- Skilled in delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, combining creative storytelling with strong brand-building instincts.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded, using data and insight to inform decisions while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
