- A holistic campaign leader who can steer integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency of voice and brand identity everywhere it shows up.
- A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across product, sales, retail operations, creative teams, and international markets to keep work aligned and impactful.
- Adept at managing creative partners — in-house, agency, or hybrid — to produce compelling assets and customer journeys that elevate the brand.
- Comfortable using performance metrics, PIRs, and reporting to evaluate effectiveness, share insights with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
