What you’ll do:

  • The role of the Assistant Online Merchandising Manager is to put the customer at the heart of our digital experience.
  • Own the online shop for your business unit across UK and ROI websites - day to day trade the site, partner with online commercial managers, and deliver the trading strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships with Online Commercial Managers to ensure effective delivery of the trade plan.
  • Own day to day trade, using daily metrics to understand and improve the customer experience.
  • Build cross functional relationships, collaborating but also ability to challenge, to ensure campaigns and key trading moments are optimised.
  • Manage workload of offshore to ensure delivery of high-quality standards and within timelines.
  • Ensure all key trading events are flawlessly executed onsite, delivering a cohesive and engaging customer experience that maximises conversion and aligns with commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Deliver improvements to the onsite journey using data and insights to enhance customer experience and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, using data to drive decisions, from post-implementation reviews (PIRs) to monthly deep dives.
