M&S is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section, frontline staff who deliver top service at pace in our busy stores. You’ll be a brand ambassador, knowledgeable about M&S Food products, and you’ll flexibly cover shifts across store areas as demand requires.
You’ll work with Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers quickly and accurately. Hours include Tue 15:15–22:00, Thu 16:00–22:00 and Fri 16:00–22:00, with potential full-time hours in the weeks from mid-December to support
