Under 18 disclaimer: This job role involves working early mornings and we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation and to keep our colleagues safe in the workplace. The + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Responsibilities

  • Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
  • Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product
  • Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store
  • Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
  • Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and ensure customers get the products they want when they need them
