What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• End to end Dynamics 365 CE or Field Service project delivery experience.

• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.

• Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to relay technical information to development teams.

• Confident communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Relevant certifications are highly desirable or a willingness to pursue them.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

As a Dynamics 365 Consultant, you’ll act as a critical bridge between sales and technical development teams. You’ll engage directly with clients to deliver tailored pre-sales consultations, translating complex technical solutions into clear, practical value for their business. Collaborating with development teams, you’ll ensure client needs are met while also supporting and guiding citizen developers on their automation journey.
