A Microsoft Teams Consultant (Microsoft Teams, Voice, Anywhere365 / A365 / AnywhereNow ) is required by a fast-growing Microsoft Partner that’s delivering cutting-edge Teams Voice and CCaaS solutions.
You must have:
Strong experience designing and delivering Microsoft Teams solutions
Deep understanding of Voice technologies – SIP, SBCs, and telephony integration
Hands-on expertise with Ribbon and/or AudioCodes
Anywhere365 / A365 / AnywhereNow
Experience working in a consulting or customer-facing delivery roleAs a Microsoft Teams Consultant (Microsoft Teams, Voice, Anywhere365 / A365 / AnywhereNow ) this is a step-up role for someone who’s confident in their technical ability and wants the chance to broaden in the Power Platform suite via Dynamics Contact Centre.
Day to day, you’ll engage directly with customers to design, architect, and deliver Teams-based Voice and Contact Centre solutions. The role is based from home with some travel.
