Overview We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Change Management & Adoption Consultant to support organisations in successfully adopting AI and digital technologies. This role suits someone with experience in change management or user adoption who enjoys working in a client-facing professional services environment and loves all things Microsoft 365! Key Responsibilities Deliver AI and digital adoption workshops for client teams Partner with business leaders and executive sponsors to drive effective change management Advise clients on adoption, training, and engagement strategies Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure aligned client guidance Support project managers by helping manage budgets, risks, and delivery milestones Skills & Experience Experience delivering change management or technology adoption programmes, ideally across Microsoft 365 Copilot Strong workshop facilitation and client consulting experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot Background working with private sector clients Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation Experience within a consulting or professional services environment Exposure to pre-sales activity, proposals, or identifying client opportunities Actively hiring, apply now
