Requirements
- 1-2+ years experience in IT project management or project coordination.
- Experience working on technology or IT projects.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with project plans, RAID logs and project reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, structured approach to problem solving.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs and project documentation.
- Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions and project milestones.
- Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Support requirements gathering, change management, testing and implementation.
- Ensure effective project governance and communication throughout delivery.
