A Junior Copilot Studio Developer (Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform) is required by a growing organisation delivering AI and automation solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies. To be successful as a Junior Copilot Studio Developer, you'll ideally have experience with:

  • Building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Developing solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps or Dataverse.
  • Integrating applications using REST APIs, standard connectors or other integration technologies.
  • Working on AI, automation or low-code projects, either commercially or through substantial personal projects.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

As a Junior Copilot Studio Developer, you'll design, build and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, develop automations using the Power Platform, integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and help deliver intelligent business solutions for a range of users. You'll work closely with Solution Architects and Senior Developers throughout the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions through to testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation. You'll also contribute to governance, documentation and best practice as new AI capabilities are introduced.
