A Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune - White Glove) is required by a Government department. This is a full-time, work from home role and to be considered for the position, you must have:
- Current active government SC (Security Check) clearance
- Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience of M365 products
- Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops
- Solid support skills with Windows 11
- Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove is essential
