We’re looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join a growing technology team and take ownership of delivering a range of IT projects. This is an ideal opportunity for an IT Project Manager, Junior Project Manager or IT Project Coordinator with 1–2+ years’ experience managing or coordinating IT projects, who is ready to develop their career and take on greater responsibility.
The Role
- Managing and coordinating IT projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs and project documentation.
- Coordinating technical teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, actions and project milestones.
- Preparing project updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Supporting requirements gathering, change management, testing and implementation.
- Ensuring effective project governance and communication throughout delivery.
About You
- 1–2+ years’ experience in IT project management or project coordination.
- Experience working on technology or IT projects.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with project plans, RAID logs and project reporting.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, structured approach to problem solving.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
