We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Consultant to help organisations design and deliver Microsoft-based solutions that drive digital transformation. You'll work closely with customers to understand business requirements, lead discovery workshops, shape solution designs, and support delivery across enterprise Microsoft environments. This role focuses primarily on SharePoint and Records Management with opportunities to contribute to both project delivery and pre-sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
- Design scalable Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
- Support SharePoint and file migration projects, information architecture and governance.
- Work with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Present solution recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposals and customer workshops.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security and compliance best practice.
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a SharePoint Consultant, Business Analyst or similar client-facing role.
- Broader knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations and information architecture.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Purview and Azure (desirable).
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Microsoft Copilot knowledge is advantageous.
