Overview
We\'re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support the delivery of modern workplace projects across a wide range of clients. The role focuses on the design, configuration, and rollout of Microsoft 365 services, with a strong emphasis on security, automation, and best-practice implementation.
What You\'ll Do
- Work with stakeholders to understand objectives and shape effective Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Deploy and optimise Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Teams Phone, and Entra ID environments.
- Configure and oversee security, compliance, Conditional Access, and identity controls across M365.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for architectures, processes, and deployments.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and strong client outcomes.
- Keep up to date with emerging Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies to support continuous improvement.
What You\'ll Bring
- Hands‑on experience in a Microsoft 365 engineering or administration role.
- Strong understanding of M365 management portals and cloud governance.
- PowerShell skills for automation and environment management.
- Familiarity with Intune, Conditional Access, Azure AD, and M365 security features.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
