A Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune - White Glove) is required by a Government department. This is a full-time, work from home role and to be considered for the position you must have:

  • Current active government SC (Security Check) clearance
  • Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience of M365 products
  • Experience with Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops
  • Solid support skills with Windows 11
  • Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove is essential

This contract focuses on M365 and VIP user support. You will be supporting users remotely at 2nd line, helping them as part of a Google to M365 migration. You will work with Windows 11, M365, and Intune.
