A 3rd Line Support Engineer is required by a growing tech solutions company based near Solihull, offering a clear career path into project delivery and consultancy roles.
This is an ideal role for a Support Engineer looking to move beyond BAU support and step into a broader position with exposure to Microsoft 365, project work, and client-facing consultancy. You\'ll be joining a stable, close-knit infrastructure team with a strong focus on internal development.
Essential Experience:
Proven 3rd Line Support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Microsoft 365 / M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
Basic understanding of SQL Server
ERP experience (desirable)
You\'ll operate as the 3rd Line escalation point, resolving complex support issues across Windows Server, M365, networking, and firewalls. The position is hybrid, with 2β3 days in the Solihull office per week, and occasional client site visits (1β2 days/month, rare overnight stays).
