Position: Volunteer Engagement and Communications Officer
Hours: Full-time (35 hours a week)

Location: Office-based in London with flexibility to work remotely

About this job: We’re looking for someone passionate about creating engaging content and fostering a strong volunteer community to join our dynamic Volunteering and Community Networks Team. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team, enabling our volunteers to make a real difference to people affected by MS. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to develop and deliver dynamic content, ensuring our volunteers have the timely and accessible information they need for their volunteering. In this role, you’ll work closely with volunteers to communicate changes effectively, embed new initiatives, and facilitate peer support. If you’re a great communicator with an interest in volunteer engagement, we’d love to hear from you!
