Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR professional to join our small, friendly HR team. The role includes providing customer‑led advisory services across the full range of employment matters, general HR support to colleagues and managers, and acting as the go‑to person for recruitment and onboarding. You will help create a positive employee experience, support fair and inclusive recruitment, and assist managers in applying people policies consistently. This position coincides with our transition to a new applicant tracking system and onboarding module.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support across all employment matters.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support the HR team and recruiting managers with best practice, policy development, training and compliance.
- Assist managers in applying people policies consistently.
- Maintain and improve HRIS (iTrent) and ATS usage.
- Develop HR policies, processes and guidance for people managers and teams.
- Contribute to employee experience initiatives and internal improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience providing HR advice across the employee cycle.
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding practices.
- Practical use of an HRIS (iTrent) and an ATS.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Understanding of EEDI in an HR context.
- Ability to work effectively in a small cross‑functional team.
- Right to work in the UK (documentation required if offered employment).

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process includes an initial interview with competency‑based questions, potentially supplemented by a written or Microsoft Excel test, or a presentation.
