Requirements:

- Proven Ofsted experience, including successfully managing at least one full Ofsted inspection.
- Possession of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or nearing imminent completion.
- A robust background in EBD or similar acute provisions.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
