About the Role
As an M&S Opticians Hearing Aid Audiologist you will work closely with the Store Manager and team to raise awareness of our hearing services, helping to drive business growth. You will be an expert in a range of hearing aids, from world leading manufacturers to provide recommendations based on product knowledge, the customers level of hearing loss as well as their lifestyle. Maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, customer service, and aftercare, you will operate in line with national, local, and company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnostic audiology assessments and rehabilitation services
- Dispense hearing aids and ensure the highest standard of aftercare
- Promote hearing services within M&S to build customer awareness and contribute to building the fast-growing business
- Ensure compliance with HCPC, BSA, and BAA guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and wider team to enhance the customer journey
