We are looking for an outgoing, creative, and adaptable In-Store Promoter to represent M&S Opticians within the wider M&S store. Your mission will be to increase awareness of our brand, engage with customers, and drive foot traffic to our in-store opticians. You will play a key role in promoting eye and hearing tests, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring positive customer interactions. Working closely with the opticians Store Manager, you will plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly promotional initiatives while collaborating with the wider store team to bring your ideas to life. This is a customer-facing role suited to individuals with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a passion for brand promotion. Flexible and part-time roles are available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with passing customer traffic, identifying peak footfall times and areas inside and outside the store
