The company’s headquarters is in the UK with offices in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Singapore, China, South Africa, the Americas, Thailand, Dubai, India, Korea and Saudi Arabia with further office openings planned this year.
Location: Sandbach, UK
Hours: 37.5 per week; 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Purpose of this role: Assisting the Senior Banking Controller in ensuring all banking transactions are made in a timely and accurate manner and an appropriate audit trail is maintained.
What you will do:
- Make payments and download cash receipts globally.
- Post all receipts and payments and allocate for all global entities.
- Maintain a global digital filing system.
- Assist colleagues in all areas of banking when deadlines are imminent.
- Support the Company’s core values and behaviours.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The job holder must have excellent attention to detail and be consistently accurate.
- Experience working with multi‑currencies within an Accounts department, focussing on processing bank transactions is desirable but not essential, along with experience of accounts computer packages, in particular SAP Business 1.
- Desire and ability to develop.
- Trustworthiness (DBS check required).
- Confidential with sensitive information.
- Adaptable, team player that is sensible and mature in both ability and attitude.
