Popin Vehicle Graphics is growing, and we’re creating a senior-level position for an experienced vehicle wrapper ready to step into a role with real influence — combining high-level installation work with quality control, mentoring, and workshop leadership support. What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- This is a hands-on senior role, with responsibility beyond installation:
- Delivering high-end vehicle wraps, colour changes & graphics installs
- Taking ownership of quality control (QC sign-off) across projects
- Supporting and mentoring junior and mid-level installers
- Assisting leadership with team development and standards
- Acting as a go-to technical expert within the workshop
- Helping maintain and elevate 3M Select Partner standards
- Leading by example on prep, finish, and best practice
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in vehicle wrapping (portfolio & references required)
- Strong technical ability across full wraps, detailing & finishing
- Confidence in quality-checking work and maintaining standards
- Experience mentoring or supporting other installers (preferred but not essential)
- A methodical, detail-driven approach
- Full UK driving licence
